Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

At HOT4K, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds only when the service is not working for the client, and only after our support team attempts to resolve the issue without success.

2. When Refunds Are Granted

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The service fails to work on the customer’s device
  • Our technical support team confirms the issue cannot be resolved

3. When Refunds Cannot Be Issued

We cannot provide refunds:

  • If the service is functioning properly
  • If the issue is caused by the customer’s device, internet connection, or improper setup
  • If the customer changes their mind
  • If the activation line has already been generated, as IPTV lines cannot be revoked or re‑issued

4. How to Request a Refund

Customers must:

  • Contact support within 48 hours of activation
  • Provide screenshots, MAC address, or error details to help diagnose the issue

Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
